Founded in June 2021 Temp Source is a specialist recruitment agency situated in Birmingham with more ambition and drive than you can ever believe.

Our journey began with Joshua Allen, who set out with a clear vision: to restore trust in the recruitment industry and deliver a service that goes beyond simply filling vacancies. His mission was to connect businesses with the right talent and to support individuals in finding meaningful, long-term careers — staying true to the famous quote “not just a bum on a seat”.

Shortly after, Aaron Hillman joined the business and now works alongside Joshua as co-director. Together, they lead Temp Source with shared values and a strong belief in ethical, people-first recruitment.
